Maternity Clothing Return Policy

Due to the nature of our business, exchanges for retail and wholesale orders are not accepted after 7 days of delivery date. Items can be returned for exchange or store credit only for retail orders only. Dropship customers must service their own returns. We do not accept returns for dropship accounts. No items will be accepted without a return authorization number (RA#). To obtain an RA# you can email us or call. All clearance items are non-refundable. The RA# must be written on the outside of the return package and on the return form included with your invoice. If this number is not on the return packaging the package will be refused and sent back. Items must be shipped back with a tracking number that you email to us at sales@nicolematernitywholesale.com. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. International orders are responsible for any duties charged by your country. Returns of items using free shipping will have NMD's shipping costs removed from the credit given. Any duties on returns, will be taken out of your credit. If you would like to exchange an item please write on the invoice the item you are returning and the item you would like to receive in return. In order to serve you better we would like to know the reason for your return/exchange. Items must be returned with all the tags still intact, makeup and odor free in unworn resaleable condition. Worn items or cleaned items cannot be returned. Any item that has been altered in any way will be refused and shipped back to you at your expense. Any credit card chargebacks or bounced checks will receive automatic $25 charge. In-store credit will be issued after merchandise is received and inspected and is valid for 9 months.
